L’altro ieri a New Orleans è passata ad altra vita, all’età di 102 anni (al centro nella foto) Mafalda Rando Strauss (oriunda usticese).

My Sympathy and condolences to the family of Mafalda. Seeing the name Rando reminds me that my great, great, great grandmother was Maria Rando, the mother of Maria Manfre, both born in Ustica, the Rando was born 1815.
Mafalda was blessed to live 102 years, and she looked very strong and healthy.

La mia solidarietà e condoglianze alla famiglia di Mafalda. Vedendo il nome Rando mi ricorda che la mia bisnonna era Maria Rando, la madre di Maria Manfrè, entrambe  nate  ad  Ustica, la Rando è nata 1815.

Mafalda è stato benedetta  per vivere 102 anni, e lei sembrava molto forte e sana.
