We’re gearing up for the August 23rd San Bartolomeo feast day celebration here in New Orleans. This is our premier event for the year and there are a few changes in store that promise to make it a special day. Come out and help us celebrate our 147th year as a society. Also at the homepage, you’ll find event notices for the summer. The coffee meetups, in particular, have been a great way to socialize in a relaxed setting. The next one is this Saturday, July 18th 11am at Gendusa’s Italian Eatery in their private back room, 2717 Williams Blvd, Kenner, LA. This event is free and open to the public, though you’re responsible for your own food and drink. Most of us stick around for lunch.
