Cara Antonella; Pietro said that maybe you would share the recipe for that wonderful cake that was on the blog, that you made. The chocolate and ricotta cake. It sure looks like a “prize winner.”
For this Christmas, for our family of 19, I was able to make lasagna, homemade manicotti, bruschetta, cuchidati and homemade canolli (I made the shells myself.) Everyone enjoys home cooking. But your cake really looks better than anything I made or have seen.
Maybe I could get the recipe thru Pietro ??
God willing, I am hoping to meet you someday there by Roma.
